Live Arrival Guarantee:​

If you receive dead silkworms, you must let us know within 24 hours upon receiving your silkworms (after 24 hours, it will be at our discretion to replace the order.)

 

All sales are final-no refunds. If, for some reason,  there is an issue with your order, please email us so we can resolve any issues as soon as possible.

USPS Priority Shipping:

Orders placed Monday and Tuesday will ship out on MONDAY OR TUESDAY*.

Orders placed Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped on the following MONDAY OR TUESDAY*. ​ *TUESDAY IS THE PREFERRED SHIPPING DAY
