BeastMode Silkworms derived its name from Sweet Pea the Chameleon

(This is dedicated to her).

In October 2018, I welcomed my chameleon, ROYGBIV (aka Roy) to our family. Since I am a sculptor, I made sculptures for people in the chameleon community and eventually met Marianna (SweetPea's mom). Marianna rescued Sweet Pea, who had a severe case of MBD (metabolic bone disease).

Sweet Pea is a survivor and she has come a very long way, thanks to Marianna and has made a home in the hearts of so many people who have been touched by her story. Throughout her rehabilitation, with every milestone, Sweet Pea became unstoppable and continues to improve every day and with each tiny victory, Marianna adopted the hashtag #BeastMode for her.

       I dedicate BeastMode Silkworms to Sweet Pea - The strongest little chameleon who loves BeastMode Silkworms!
